A road user driving a passenger car along a busy highway in a Chinese megalopolis captured an accident during which an out-of-control tanker truck pinned a white sedan to the curb.

The unexpected loss of a wheel from a vehicle carrying flammable cargo almost became fatal for the owner of the car.

The suspect in the shooting has been apprehended. 

In total, six individuals were shot, including the two officers, with one officer, aged 28, succumbing to their injuries.
