In a horrific incident, a man brutally killed his daughter with an axe in Bahraich, Uttar Pradesh. The man beheaded his daughter and also chopped off the body into six pieces with an axe. There are reports that the father committed the gruesome murder over the involvement of his daughter in a love affair with a boy. The police have arrested the accused and have initiated an investigation into the matter.
The horrific incident occurred in Mihimpurva village of Laxmanpur Matehi panchayat which falls under the Motipur Police Station area. The accused has been identified as Naeem Khan who killed his 17-year-old daughter Khushboo as the girl was not ready to forget her lover despite several warnings from the father. There are reports that the lover visited the village to meet the girl.
he father was furious on seeing his daughter with her lover, however, the young man fled the village before the man could catch him. The man was angry as the lover fled, he severed his daughter's head in a fit of rage and killed her. The man did not stop there, he also chopped the dead boy of the girl into six pieces with an axe.
There are reports that the man had three daughters and the girl he killed was the eldest. The police arrested the man after the mother of the girl filed an FIR after the brutal murder of the girl. The police reached the spot and took the mutilated dead body of the girl into their custody and sent it for post-mortem. The police have initiated an investigation and are questioning the accused in the custody.
According to Brigadier William Castaño, acting commander of the Metropolitan Police, the officer was on leave and was shot, apparently in the midst of an act of intolerance outside a commercial establishment.
"A discussion that apparently took place inside the establishment and when the mayor, who was on his break, was leaving the place, this person approached him, continuing the discussion, and that is when he was confronted with a weapon and hit him, causing his death," he said.
Likewise, the brigadier pointed out that the authorities identified the suspect and are working together with the Attorney General's Office to issue the corresponding arrest warrant.
"We invite this person, known as alias 'Fausto', to immediately turn himself in to the authorities because, in one way or another, he has already been fully identified," added Brigadier Castaño.
On the other hand, according to witnesses of the event, they indicated that the discussion apparently began "over a few glances" inside the establishment and intensified outside, culminating in the tragic outcome.
So far, the Metropolitan Police of Cali continues to investigate the case to bring the person responsible to justice.
"This unfortunate event has left a deep wound in the community and in the police force, which today mourns the loss of one of its members," concluded the acting commander of the Metropolitan Police of Cali.
In the early hours of this Saturday (07), at around 01:00, a fight between two men resulted in a homicide on Travessa da Mangueira, in the Marajá neighborhood. According to witnesses, the altercation involved knives, and part of the confrontation was recorded by a security camera. Raimundo, one of the victims, was stabbed during the fight and did not survive his injuries, dying at the scene. The other person involved, identified only as "Baixinho", also suffered serious injuries and was taken to the UPA in Coroatá. He was later transferred to the Macrorregional Hospital, where he underwent surgery and remains hospitalized in the ICU. The police are investigating the case to determine the circumstances of the crime.
