Sebastian Zapeta-Calil has been charged with first-degree murder and arson after a woman burned to death on the F train in Brooklyn. The victim, who has not yet been identified, was set on fire while sleeping, and the suspect reportedly sat and watched her burn.
Police arrested Zapeta-Calil shortly after the incident and found a lighter in his pocket. He told investigators he was drunk and could not remember what happened
On Monday, he was seen being escorted out of the NYPD 60th Precinct in Coney Island
All 15 crew members were evacuated, with one person sustaining minor injuries.
Most likely it was caused by faulty ballast operation.
