This Was All Over An Expired Registration Sticker

Apparently, the cop was in an unmarked car and not wearing a standard uniform. The woman involved claimed he wouldn't show a badge and she was afraid. All charges against her were dropped.

The officer in the video of a woman being arrested in Monongah last week is no longer employed by the town.
