The Belarusian Got Drunk In A Bar And Attacked The Boy Because He Refused To Drink With Him

The 46-year-old boozer pestered all the guests of the establishment so that they would keep him company. After another refusal, he could not stand it and struck at least 3 times with a knife to the head and neck of the 28-year-old guy. Other bar patrons were able to calm him down. He admitted to law enforcement officers that he got drunk to such an extent that he did not remember the events of that evening.
