Drug Dealer Shot Dead At His Favorite Football Team's Victory Party

 On Sunday night (10), a man identified as Giovane and popularly known as ‘Buriti’, who was allegedly a drug dealer, was shot dead during a barbecue he was hosting at his farm to celebrate Flamengo’s victory in the Copa do Brasil. The crime, which took place in the Vila Maranhão neighborhood in São Luís (MA), will be investigated. According to reports, Giovane had invited friends and family to watch the game and also to inaugurate his farm. Everything was going well and the mood was happy, as the team he supported, Flamengo, had won the Copa do Brasil final. Suddenly, armed men invaded the place and fired several shots at Giovane’s head. The victim agonized until he died under the barbecue. After the crime, the bandits fled. Friends and family still tried to take Giovane to the hospital but realized that he was already dead. The crime will be investigated, but the police are already working on the hypothesis that the man known as ‘Buriti’ was murdered in a settling of scores.
