Description:

Kody McElveen was fleeing from the police because a deputy observed his Dodge Challenger Hellcat lacked license plates. During the pursuit, McElveen hit a police officer with his car, causing minor injuries to the officer, who was treated subsequently.

McElveen was later apprehended in a Rouse's parking lot after trying to escape on foot. He was found to be carrying a firearm at the time of his arrest.
