There Is Rioting In Alice Springs, Australia

“Mattresses and cars were set alight as 150 people stormed the streets of Alice Springs in a shocking riot that has sparked calls for military intervention”. 

The violence erupted following a funeral for an 18-year-old who lost his life in a traffic accident. He was one of nine “youths” joyriding in a stolen truck when it rolled over, crushing him. 

The rest of them fled when cops showed up and now the families of the “youths” involved are feuding.
