The woman who went viral for abandoning a puppy in Fresno, CA is speaking out, says she is not to blame because she was the 2nd person to abandon the puppy.

Jubree Johnson has admitted to abandoning a 3-month-old puppy.

Johnson is denying all wrongdoing, claims she saw the dog on the side of the road and decided to pick it up.

After driving around with the dog who started to bond with her, she decided to dump it on the side of the road because the shelter told her they couldn't accept the dog.

She claimed the shelter told her to dump the dog where she found it.

"I thought the dog would have a better chance of getting picked up, a better chance of survival at the trailer park."
"I didn't think it was that big of a deal."
