Manhattan Driver Chases Down A Pedestrian By Driving On The Sidewalk Before Getting Out Of His Vehicle And Getting In...

The driver could be seen plowing into trash cans, appearing to try to run over a shirtless man. 

After going the wrong way by driving on the sidewalk, the man got out of his car and got into a shouting match with the pedestrian.

"Call the cops! I'm undercover. I'm an undercover PD," the man appeared to say.

It's unclear what exactly started the incident.
